The step by step user guide

Please be advised that these nutritional recommendations are indicatory and that this feeding schedule is sole to be used as a guideline. All values should be applied in accordance with your personal situation, and no rights can be derived from the use of this schedule.

Never apply more than the recommended amount and beware of over nourishment. After the second application, always provide your plants with plain water once in order to allow the plant the opportunity to absorb the remaining nutrients from the soil.

Tips

Use water with a temperature around 24 °C / 75 °F.

We recommend a PH level between 6 and 7 for soil cultivation and between 5.5 and 6.5 for hydroponics. If you need to raise or decrease your pH level, mix your fertilizer first, and then adjust the PH level.

Conversion

1 gram = 0.035 ounces
1 liter = 0.26 gallon

For your convenience, MSB has included a measuring spoon which you will find in the seedling fertilizer. This spoon equals 1 gram!

Timeline

Since flowering times and growth periods may vary from plant to plant, we have decided not to mention weeks in the schedule below. The diagram is solely intended as a visual representation of the descriptions below.

Dutch Ground Control seedling fertilizer

Step 1 - SEEDLING

Start: When the second set of leaves appear (about 7 to 14 days after germination).

Dosage: 1 gram per liter of water.

Water twice with fertilizer, water once without fertilizer (repeat!).

Finish: When starting with GROW fertilizer.

Step 2 - GROW

Start: when plants develop the 4th set of real leaves (about 3 to 4 weeks after germination).

Dosage: 1 gram per liter of water.

Water twice with fertilizer, water once without fertilizer (repeat!)..

Finish: When starting with FLOWER fertilizer.

Step 3 - BLOOM

Start: At the first sign of flowering.

Dosage: 1 gram per liter water.

Water twice with fertilizer, water once without fertilizer (repeat!).

Finish: One week before harvest! The last week before harvest, solely give plain water without fertilizer.

Note: The last two weeks that you provide the FLOWER fertilizer (starting 3 weeks before harvest) do not provide water without fertilizer. Also, add PK BOOST fertilizer in these last two weeks, see step 4.

Step 4 - PK BOOST

Start: 3 weeks before harvest.

Supply for 2 weeks together with FLOWER Fertilizer.

Dosage: 0.2 gram per liter water.
